Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-activated and cancer releated transcription factor. 2-(1'H-indole-3'-carbonyl)-thiazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (ITE) is an AhR ligand, which regulates cancer cell growth[1]. The data presented here are RNA sequencing data of u87 cells treated with 10nm ITE and 0.02%DMSO as a control. We wanted to know how ITE acts via the AhR in human glioblastoma cells.
