The leaves of two-year-old Rhododendron camara seedlings were used as experimental materials. The seedlings were treated with flooding for 0d (CK), 10d (WL10), 20d (wl20) and 30d (wl30) and restored to culture for 10d (wl10r, wl20r and wl30r respectively) after flooding stress. The seedlings were treated with flooding stress for 0d as the control group. Transcriptome analysis of the treated leaves of Rhododendron camara was carried out to explore the molecular mechanism of the response of Rhododendron camara to flooding stress
