该数据集包括814张手掌图像和903张手背图像。通过招募不同年龄组的志愿者收集手部视频，并通过逐帧采样和图像选择获得原始手部图像。按照COCO数据集的标注格式，邀请专业医师对图片上的穴位进行标注。手掌图像标注了三个穴位：鱼际（LU10）、神门（HT7）和中渚（TE3）；手背图像标注了两个穴位：合谷（LI4）和阳溪（LI5）。
