Proteomics dataset of biotin-labeled autophagosomes from EGF-stimulated MDA-MB-231 cells

This dataset contains mass spectrometry results from biotin-labeled autophagosomes isolated from EGF-stimulated MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells.
