"The Unified Carbon-Energy-Toxicity Decision Execution Engine (UCETDEE) \u2013 Renewable Energy Optimized Version is a fully automated carbon neutrality intelligent system built on the \"1+(-1)=0\" closed-loop architecture. It achieves precise hedging between the \"carbon-energy-byproduct\" core module and the \"dynamic decision executor\" to eliminate individual shortcomings while amplifying collaborative advantages. Driven entirely by renewable energy, the engine integrates multimodal detection (spectral, time-series, and image-based), intelligent reaction path planning, multi-dimensional risk control, and online feedback learning. Operational results from three automated cycles demonstrate stable performance: it achieves a net carbon removal of 152.07 kg with a total energy consumption of 501.13 kWh, reducing indirect emissions to 18.55 kg. All byproduct risks are controlled below the safety threshold of 0.414, and the entire process runs without human intervention, from detection to report generation. With features including traceable auditing, flexible scalability, and compliance with carbon credit certification requirements (e.g., CCER, EU ETS), UCETDEE outperforms mainstream market solutions. It is adaptable to diverse scenarios such as urban atmospheric governance and industrial exhaust treatment, serving as a core technical solution for achieving the \"dual carbon\" goals."
