资源简介:

All data used for "The effect of heating rate and hold time on grain refinement during the austenitisation of high strength steels with coarse prior austenite grain structures". The gifs alone can be downloaded from the below link: https://zenodo.org/records/17288279?preview=1&token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiJ9.eyJpZCI6ImFjYmM5ZjhkLWIzZWMtNGEyOC1hOTI2LTM5Mzg5OTZkYWRhNSIsImRhdGEiOnt9LCJyYW5kb20iOiI2NDY2MzhkMGRkMzY1NTg3YmQ0MmIwMTQyNjY3MjkwYiJ9.7Oa_ouHA56Lz2us6eYWmqYJi3KzMcifKIHHb8kWzS2breeeNHMEMpO9JCPxoMx8qm4m2ZpUkW3dhIhFv-LPI5Q To address reviewers comments a folder called 'SE Images and EDS of 300M Carbides' has been added and may be downloaded separetley to the rest of the dataset. This folder only contains images and EDS data from carbides in 300M and is therefore much smaller. The main folder contains: Phase transformation temperatures calculated using the offset method are recorded in the 'Dilatometry' folder in the 'Dilatometry Values' excel file. The PAG reconstruction data for the as built 300M material in Figure 5 (a) was also published in: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11661-025-07988-x. The data can be found here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17106852 All EBSD Maps (both as collected and PAG reconstructions) have been saved as Tiff images and CTF files. Note that in order to aid the AZtec Crystal PAG reconstruction, non-indexed pixels were filled in, the parameters used are doucmented in the 'PAG size measurements Dilatometry Samples' excel file. It was deemed appropriate to do so provided this did not affect the overall morphology of the PAGs in the large montage maps. This was tested before collecting the montage maps by collecting a small map with better indexting and then with the EBSD parametes used for the montage map, reconstructing both and comparing. Wherever possible images and CTF files have been renamed to match the names used in the paper, however some AZtec files could not be renamed. In the original in-situ experiment AZtec files Test 1 in the paper was originally named 'Continuous WAAM 5 Very Slow', while Test 2 in the paper was named 'Continuous WAAM Test 1'. The still frames used to create the high temperature in-situ EBSD gifs are all exported, but the Matlab scripts used to create them are also available in the CTF folders. Matlab 2022A was used with MTEX 5.10.2. The 'Calculate_Grains_Par' script was used to calculate grain boundaries and the deviation of phase boundaries from an orientation relationship, then save the results in the 'CalcGrains'folder. The scripts in the folder were used to make the frames, that were then used to create the gifs. If there are any issues or questions please contact mark.taylor-5@manchester.ac.uk
