Data and Analysis Scripts for: Antarctic Sea-Ice Extent Anomalies Impact Interannual Variability of Phytoplankton Chlorophyll-a in Southern Ocean Frontal Zones

This repository contains the processed anomaly datasets and analysis scripts used in the study "Antarctic Sea-Ice Extent Anomalies Impact Interannual Variability of Phytoplankton Chlorophyll-a in Southern Ocean Frontal Zones". The archive includes annual and monthly sea-ice extent anomaly datasets, chlorophyll-a anomaly datasets aggregated across Southern Ocean frontal zones, analysis and figure-generation scripts used to produce the results presented in the manuscript. Data sources include CMEMS GlobColour ocean-colour products, NSIDC sea-ice datasets, and Southern Ocean frontal-zone products. The archive is intended to support reproducibility and reuse of the study's analyses.
