We have performed a surface marker screen to identify human thymic epithelial cells in flow cytometry and distinguish medullary from cortial subpopulations. These novel markers allowed us to sort individual thymic stromal cell populations and conduct transcriptomic analysis. This dataset revealed novel insights into human stromal cell biology.
