CD8 T cells were extracted from spleen at different time points after infection with a low dose of LCMV Clone-13 and analyzed with the 10x Genomics platform (Chromium, Single Cell 3' v2 chemistry).The first sample contains T cells from day 1,2,3,4 & 5 after infection and is made up of early activated and highly proliferating cells. The second sample contains T cells from day 7, 14 & 21 containing proliferating cells, short-lived effector cells and tissue memory cells.
