资源简介:
Fungi and bacteria share similar niches on mucosal surfaces, such as skin, oral, and vaginal mucosa. Various studies have suggested that fungal colonization is modulated by bacterial communities, as observed in the clinic and in animal models Interactions between fungi and bacteria can occur directly through physical contact and secreted molecules or indirectly through alterations of the host immune response. Here, we want to explore the genes change in C. albicans under the influence of alpha-hemolysin (Hla) from Staphylococcus aureus, an important virulent factor of bacteria.
