Fairdata Download Service v2 Dataset-as-a-Service Example Dataset

This dataset is intended to serve as an example of a form of Dataset-as-a-Service, where data is bundled with software which facilitates interaction with the data and/or replication of specific analyses. Such datasets are intended to be platform portable and consumable offline, as well as providing for efficient consumption via supporting CSC services.

The dataset includes a simple Python3 API which can be executed locally, a Jupyter notebook, and an RStudio project, all of which utilize the included data. See the README file in each subdirectory for details and instructions.

The data and RStudio project are derived from the well known publically available Palmer Penguins dataset:
