Comparative Evaluation of Novel Strategies for Colorectal Cancer Screening in China: a Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial (TARGET-C study)

Interventions: Colonoscopy group:One-time colonoscopy screening;FIT group:repeated fecal immunochemical test for 4 years;risk assessment+FIT group:Risk assessment is conducted for the participants at baseline: For thoese who are evaluate to be high-risk of colorectal cancer, colonoscopy is referred; For those who are evaluated to be low risk of colorectal cancer, FIT is provided and those who have positive FIT results, colonoscopy is referred. Primary outcome(s): Detection rate of advanced colorectal neoplasm (including colorectal cancer and advanced adenoma) Study Design: Randomized parallel controlled trial
