RNA-Seq was performed upon protein depletion to examine whether the loss of RanBP2, Nup88 or Nup214 contributes to transcriptional changes. Cytoplasmic nucleoporins were selectively depleted using the Auxin-degron system. RNA-Seq analyses were performed for gene expression profiling.
