Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal communities in the roots of Stachys sylvatica

Here, we studied how arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communities associating with the roots of the forest herb Stachys sylvatica L. are affected by environmental conditions and landscape context. Specifically, we studied the effect of forest age, patch area, isolation and soil characteristics on AMF diversity and community composition in the roots of the host plant.
