Dataset for the Intronic Signaling Pathways System (ISPS): Structural and Interaction-Based Analysis of Intronic RNA Across Inflammatory Genes
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides an updated collection of RNA secondary structure predictions (RNAfold/Forna) for intronic sequences analyzed in the Intronic Signaling Pathways System (ISPS) framework. For each gene, intron-level structures are annotated with structural clusters and associated transcription factor (TF) binding profiles. The dataset includes visual mappings of intronic RNA folding alongside cluster-specific TF associations, supporting the structural-functional coupling and interaction gradients described in the ISPS model. These data complement the manuscript: “Intronic RNA as organized regulatory platforms: a quantitative framework for the Intronic Signaling Pathways System (ISPS)” and are provided to facilitate reproducibility and further exploration of intronic regulatory architectures.
