DFVA_dataset_test_set

This is a subset of the DFVA dataset (link) that is used for player, ball, and line detection. The DFVA dataset contains annotated images from soccer matches in the Greek Superleague. Among others, it contains line and circle annotations for images of the court, from multiple camera viewpoints. This subset contains 446 panoramic images of various games from the test set of the DFVA dataset. The screenshots originate from 5 different camera viewpoints (main central, offside right-left, and high behind right-left cameras). The image resolution is 720 × 576. Each image file is accompanied by an annotation file that contains information about the bounding boxes of the depicted players, referees, and balls. The annotation also includes the constituent parts of each depicted line and circle in the field. Each player bounding box labels follow the naming pattern: {player_team}_{player_number}_{player_surname}_{player_first_name} and the bounding box is described by its upper-left and bottom-right corner points. Each annotated line is labeled using the SoccerNet naming convention. Relevant code is available at [https://github.com/pmavr/synthetic_cameras]
