Data and scripts for: Hidden Amazonian diversity: integrative taxonomy reshapes the Melipona seminigra species complex

This dataset contains sequence alignments, phylogenetic trees, and R scripts used for species delimitation analyses in the Melipona seminigra species complex. All DNA sequences analyzed in this study are publicly available in GenBank, and accession numbers are provided in Table S1 of the associated manuscript. The repository includes:- COI sequence alignment (alignment.fasta)- Ultrametric phylogenetic tree inferred using BEAST 2 (tree_BEAST.tre)- Maximum Likelihood tree inferred using IQ-TREE (tree_ML.treefile)- R script implementing multiple species delimitation approaches (species_delimitation.R)- Documentation file (README) All analyses can be reproduced using the provided script and input files.
