Positional Release Technique versus Myofascial Release Technique in Management of Active Trigger Points in Upper Trapezius Among Medical Students

In our study we investigated compare the effect of myofascial release technique and positional release technique in patients with active trigger point. We assessed pain intensity, pain pressure threshold and neck disability as well as quality of life among patients with neck pain.
