Data Accompanying "Optimal Symbolic Construction of Matrix Product Operators and Tree Tensor Network Operators"

This dataset includes all the data generated by construction the different tree tensor network operators described in the main paper. This includes all experiments described in the section "Experiments and Evaluations". Additionally, it includes all the plots generated from this data that is used in the mentioned section. To run the constructions generating the data, download the PyTreeNet library and run the jupyter notebooks under "example_notebooks/sge/". If only the plots are to be generated, include the dataset in your current python working directory and run the desired plotting functions in the scripts or jupyter notebooks.
