Cholera dataset.ast.linelist.gps

This study investigated a cholera outbreak affecting two neighboring districts (Rumphi and Mzimba) in the Northern Malawi. The aim of the investigation was to establish the antibiotics resistance pattern of V. cholerae and determine geographical distribution of cases as well as environmental risk factors. To achieve that, we obtained laboratory data, line listing data and also captured case specific coordinates for mapping cases and risk factors. Graphs and tales were plotted to summarize the findings.
