Whole-Exome Sequencing Data of Pheochromocytomas and Paraganglioma Tumors Developed Under Systemic Hypoxia

We here make available VCF files containing somatic mutations detected from paired germline/tumor whole-exome sequencing of pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas developed under systemic hypoxia. Our study, published in Cancer Discovery (Arenillas C et al., 2025), provides insights into how low-oxygen environments contribute to tumor biology and adaptation. This research may help improve diagnostic strategies and identify potential therapeutic targets for patients with hypoxia-driven tumors.
