human-vaginal-v1-0 reference for LocalHGT

Please download the file human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta.gz and unzip it by "gzip -d human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta.gz".  After that, pass the full path of the file "human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta" to LocalHGT by "localhgt bkp -r /path-to/human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta" or  "localhgt event -r /path-to/human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta". "human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta.fai" is the index file, you can download it or not. If you download it, you should put it in the same folder as human-vaginal-v1-0.fasta. If you don't download it, LocalHGT will generate it automatically. The file genomes-all_metadata.tsv records the taxonomy information of each genome. If you want to analyze HGTs in human oral microbiome, you can use this reference. Detailed instructions can be seen at LocalHGT.
