本数据集面向分布式光伏区域配电网的网络模型构建、近似等值分析、抗差状态估计等模型自动生成技术需求,基于标准IEEE配电测试系统,构建了包含基础网络拓扑参数、模型生成过程数据、配电网状态估计结果、光伏出力数据、典型中低压配网测试场景的综合型数据集。数据集包括:八个典型三相平衡电网测试系统(IEEE5、IEEE9、IEEE22、IEEE33、IEEE85、IEEE118、IEEE141、IEEE2383);四个典型三相不平衡配电系统(IEEE13、IEEE37、IEEE123、IEEE8500)。在基础拓扑和电气参数之外,数据集中还包括:部分可观测条件下配电网近似等值模型的构建过程数据;完全可观测条件下的抗差状态估计计算过程数据;含光伏出力的配电网时序场景数据,包括常规负荷时序数据、光伏出力时序数据以及典型中低压配网测试场景;数据来源于IEEE标准测试系统库、IEEEPES配电系统标准数据库,并结合MATPOWER/OpenDSS平台生成模型拓扑数据和相关算法运行过程及结果。

This dataset is designed to address the technical requirements for automatic model generation of distributed photovoltaic regional distribution networks, including network model construction, approximate equivalence analysis, and robust state estimation. Based on standard IEEE distribution test systems, a comprehensive dataset has been constructed, which encompasses basic network topology parameters, model generation process data, distribution network state estimation results, photovoltaic output data, and typical medium- and low-voltage distribution network test scenarios. The dataset includes eight typical three-phase balanced power grid test systems (IEEE5, IEEE9, IEEE22, IEEE33, IEEE85, IEEE118, IEEE141, IEEE2383) and four typical three-phase unbalanced distribution systems (IEEE13, IEEE37, IEEE123, IEEE8500). Apart from basic topology and electrical parameters, the dataset also contains: construction process data of approximate equivalence models for distribution networks under partial observability; calculation process data of robust state estimation under full observability; time-series scenario data of distribution networks integrated with photovoltaic output, covering conventional load time-series data, photovoltaic output time-series data, and typical medium- and low-voltage distribution network test scenarios. The data is sourced from the IEEE standard test system library and the IEEE PES distribution system standard database, with model topology data as well as relevant algorithm operation processes and results generated via the MATPOWER/OpenDSS platforms.
