单纯从发稿量来统计上海市媒体传播情况难免有些片面,为了将上海市媒体影响力数据指标量化呈现,本系统通过统一的指标对上海市媒体发布稿件的效果具象化,分析整个市媒体的传播影响力。得到具体数值后,为上海市媒体报告统计分析、绩效考核、排行比对等工作提供数据支撑。媒体传播力取值综合考量媒体原创文章数量,媒体被转载数量,媒体最高被转载次数,转载媒体自身的权重四个维度,并对四个维度设置了对应的权重值,得出媒体影响力。 具体公式如下: 媒体传播力=0.25*(0.4*Math.Log(转载文章次数+1,Math.E) +0.45*Math.Log(原创文章数+1,Math.E) + 0.15*Math.Log(单篇文章最高次数+1,Math.E) ) +0.25*( 0.7*Math.Log(转载文章篇数+1,Math.E) + 0.3*Math.Log(单篇文章最高篇数+1,Math.E) )+0.4* Math.Log(媒体权重(自己这个媒体)+1,Math.E) * (原创文章数>0 取1否则取0)0.1 *Math.Log(发稿量+1,Math.E) 媒体传播力数值>0,媒体传播力数值越低,说明该媒体在选定时间范围内,传播力越差;反之,数值越高,说明该媒体在选定时间范围,传播力越强。
Relying solely on the volume of published articles to analyze the media communication situation in Shanghai is inevitably overly simplistic. To quantitatively display the media influence indicators of Shanghai, this system concretizes the effect of media-published articles using unified metrics, and analyzes the overall dissemination influence of the city's media outlets. After obtaining specific numerical values, it provides data support for work such as statistical analysis of Shanghai's media reports, performance appraisal, and ranking comparison.
The calculation of media dissemination strength comprehensively considers four dimensions: the number of original articles of the media outlet, the number of reposted articles of the media outlet, the maximum single-article repost count of the media outlet, and the weight of the reposting media outlets themselves. Corresponding weight coefficients are assigned to these four dimensions to derive the media influence. The specific formula is as follows:
Media Dissemination Strength = 0.25*(0.4*ln(Total Repost Times + 1, e) + 0.45*ln(Number of Original Articles + 1, e) + 0.15*ln(Maximum Single-Article Repost Count + 1, e)) + 0.25*(0.7*ln(Number of Reposted Articles + 1, e) + 0.3*ln(Maximum Single-Article Repost Count + 1, e)) + 0.4*ln(Media Outlet Weight (the media outlet itself) + 1, e) * (1 if Number of Original Articles > 0 else 0) + 0.1*ln(Volume of Published Articles + 1, e)
When the media dissemination strength value is greater than 0, the lower the value, the weaker the dissemination strength of the media outlet within the selected time period; conversely, the higher the value, the stronger the dissemination strength of the media outlet within the selected time period.
