Csf1rko Rat Transcriptomic Atlas

This dataset is comprised of processed RNA-Seq data of tissues from 3 week old WT and Csf1rko (tissues include adrenal gland, colon, ileum, duodenum, heart, diaphragm, tibialis anterior, quadriceps, kidney, lung, ovaries, testes, white adipose tissue, lymph nodes, thymus, bone/bone marrow, liver, cerebellum, cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus, olfactory bulb, pituitary gland, striatum) along with tissues from long term BMT Csf1rko recipients (whole brain, peritoneum, liver, lung). Transcript outputs from Kallisto have been collated to gene level expression.
