Analogue of hemi-cellulose Gluco - cleavage of fluorescent moiety (MUB) from beta-glucopyranoside. Analogue of cellulose mgCO2 - weight of CO2 produced from the microcosms. Calculated from the "absorbance" column as stated by the MicroResp manual. Cfuflow - the log10 value of the flow cytometry measures corrected against cfu/ml calibration. Inv.cfu - the log10 invader cfu/ml
