Assembly statistics for all three chemical races of B. braunii. A and L chemical races are novel in this study. The B. braunii B race, C. reinhardtii, C. variabilis, and C. subellipsoidea serve as a comparison to assess the contiguity of the A and L race genomes. Both A and L race assemblies are at scaffold resolution containing a mix of scaffolds and contigs. BUSCO scores were generated using the Chlorophyta ODBv10.
