This dataset contains community patterns of scholarly communication open source software generated by the open source research prototype YOSHI. A community pattern is a set of community types. YOSHI is able to detect 8 different open-source software community types (Social networks (SN), Community of practice (CoP), Informal Community (IC), etc.).
