Four LPS boluses were given with increasing doses of 0.3µg, 1.5µg, 3µg, and 15µg on day 1, 3, 4, and 5 respectively. Physiological responses were assessed at 0,1, 3, and 5 hours relative to the LPS bolus. PMBCs were isolated from whole blood on day 1 and 5 prior to the daily LPS bolus.
