User Manual for Analysis Files This document provides instructions for handling the analysis files provided. These files are the source outputs from the Yade program and contain all the necessary data for performing further analysis in Mathematica. File Description Source Files: These files are generated by the Yade program and include raw data required for subsequent analysis. There are also files from Mathematica with data to prepare charts. You can download all files from the repository https://github.com/chpawel/VPP. Purpose: The data in these files is intended for use in Mathematica to perform detailed analyses and computations. Requirements:The source files of the data.Mathematica: The target environment where the analysis will be carried out.Postprocessing.m: A Mathematica script used to import and process the Yade source files. Organize Files Ensure that all the provided Yade and Mathematica source files are in the Data folder.Postprocessing.m should be outside this folder. Prepare the Environment Open your Mathematica environment and Postprocessing.m file.Run the Postprocessing Script: Execute Posprocessing.m in your Mathematica session.First, you need to run Auxiliary Procedures. Using these functions, you can use the provided analysis from the article or use the data sets for your own analysis.
