Our study represents the first detailed analysis of HIV-1 or HIV-1?Vif pseudoviruses infected human MDMs transcriptomes, with biologic replicates, generated by RNA-seq technology. Through analysis of different gene, GP enrich and KEGG pathway, we found that the response of MDMs stimulated by the two pseudoviruses showed remarkable differences in innate immune rsponse including TLR, RLR, NLR, Cytosolic DNA-sensing pathway and so on. These results demonstrated that the viral infectivity factor (Vif) of HIV-1 plays an important negative regulation role in host antiviral innate immunity which facilitates HIV-1 infection.
