Dataset and Experimental Protocol for a user study comparing Virtual Reality and Desktop Interfaces for tractography editing

This dataset contains the materials used for a user study comparing virtual reality and desktop interfaces for manual tractography editing. The tractography data were derived from the Human Connectome Project Young Adult dataset and include fiber bundles prepared for the experiment, with both uncleaned versions to be edited by participants and cleaned reference versions. The deposit also includes the experimental protocol used during the study, as well as demonstration videos showing the desktop and virtual reality interfaces and the use of the corresponding 3D Slicer modules during the tractography editing taskThe software modules used to conduct the experiment are archived separately in related deposits: TractVRRandomization, TractVR_userStudy and TractDesktop_userStudy.
