Fiber-type vulnerability and proteostasis reprogramming in skeletal muscle during pancreatic cancer cachexia

In this study, we have investigated the transcriptional changes occuring in skeletal muscle in response to KPC tumor growth by employing single nucleus RNA sequencing analysis. This analysis was performed on gastrocnemius (GA) muscle pooled from 5 control and 5 KPC tumor-bearing mice.
