Liquid Biopsy in Glioblastoma – Mitochondrial DNA Mutations as a Basis for Minimally Invasive Diagnostics This dataset contains the original Excel files underlying the results presented in the publication D-Loop Mutations as Prognostic Markers in Glioblastoma - A Pilot Study (Int. J. Mol. Sci. 2024, 25, 4334; https://doi.org/10.3390/ijms25084334). The files include raw and processed ddPCR data for the mtDNA D-loop m.16126T>C variant analysis as well as compiled anonymized data used for statistical analyses.
