资源简介:
In the digital age, CBEC or Cross Border E-Commerce has become a transformative force in the global digital economy. CBEC gives consumers access to products at competitive prices across geographical borders. This research examines the benefits and challenges that various consumers face in conducting CBEC transactions. With a primary focus on what factors influence overall satisfaction and experience. Using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) framework, key determinants such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, social motivation, and consumer perceived value were analyzed to understand their impact on consumer behavior. The findings indicate that while CBEC offers significant benefits, including convenience, access to a global market, and cost efficiency, challenges such as complex logistics, lengthy delivery times, and trust issues remain prevalent. These factors can significantly influence consumer attitudes and satisfaction with CBEC platforms. The study underscores the importance of improving logistical efficiency, fostering transparency, and enhancing platform usability to address these challenges and enhance the consumer experience. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on international e-commerce by providing actionable insights for businesses seeking to optimize their CBEC operations and adapt to consumer needs. Future studies are encouraged to explore region-specific dynamics and emerging trends to further understand CBEC’s role in shaping global commerce.
