Data and scripts for "Migratory swans individually adjust their autumn migration and winter range to a warming climate"

This Figshare entry contains data and code for "Migratory swans individually adjust their autumn migration and winter range to a warming climate".
"Linssen_2023_GCB_data.RData" provides the necessary data and one custom function, and can be opened directly into the R environment.
"Linssen_culturalinheritance_metadata.json" contains metadata information on the data tables included in the RData file.
"Linssen_2023_GCB_script.R" provides the script which can be run, once the data is loaded, to reproduce the results.

"tracks.csv" and "midwinter_temps.csv" are the .csv versions of the data tables in "Linssen_2023_GCB_data.RData". These files are not needed to run the analysis (as the .RData file already includes them), but they are included to ensure long-term reproducibility across platforms.
