Bacillus spp. isolated from chicken gastrointestinal tract

The Bacillus spp. were isolated from gastrointestinal tract of domestic chickens and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform during the research project entitled "Veterinary probiotic preparations for targeted modulation of animal health" conducted by the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "Don State Technical University".
