FoxO4 ChIP-Seq profiles of WT differentiated TH1 cells

This study is to analyze genome-wide occupancy of FoxO4 in WT TH1 cells. Naive CD4+ T cells from spleens and lymph nodes were isolated from 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice using a BD FACSAria sorter and cultured in TH1 polarizing condition for 60 hours. ChIPed DNAs were prepared with Active Motif’s ChIP assay kit and subjected to library preparation using NEXTflexTM ChIP-Seq DNA Sequencing Kit. Finally, the DNA libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq2500 Sequencer.
