E. coli RNA seq analysis in the present of antirestriction genes ardA

investigating of a regulatory activity of antirestriction genes using RNA-seq method. The ardA genes from both conjugative plasmid (pKM101) and bacterial chromosome (B. bifidum) were cloned into E. coli K12 (strain AB1157) and total RNA were extracted from the clones. The results of RNA-seq were analyzed to estimate each E. coli gene activities and were compared to control strains without ardA. This analysis was performed for bacterial antirestrictases, but also for classical plasmid ardA genes
