AlzData

AlzData是一个阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关的高通量组学数据库，收录了基因组、转录组、蛋白质组等多种组学数据以及神经影像筛查、人群纵向研究等高置信度功能数据。该数据库旨在整合不同层次的数据，生成优先基因列表，为AD的早期诊断和干预提供支持。目前提供可搜索和下载的脑基因表达谱和全外显子测序结果数据。AlzData is a high-throughput omics database focused on Alzheimer's disease (AD). It curates multiple omics data including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, as well as high-confidence functional data such as neuroimaging screening results and longitudinal population cohort studies. This database aims to integrate multi-level data to generate prioritized gene lists, thereby supporting the early diagnosis and intervention of AD. Currently, it provides searchable and downloadable brain gene expression profiles and whole exome sequencing (WES) results.
