博士毕业论文,本文以接种彩色豆马勃和美味牛肝菌的马尾松为材料,研究不同处理后种子的萌发、幼苗生长状况及生理生化特性等方面,探讨低磷环境中外生菌根菌对马尾松的促生作用;从低磷胁迫的菌根化马尾松中克隆 Pht1 家族磷转运蛋白基因,并分析其表达模式及相关生理特性;通过在烟草上的遗传转化验证其功能。
Doctoral Dissertation: This study takes Pinus massoniana inoculated with Pisolithus tinctorius and Boletus edulis as the experimental material. By investigating seed germination, seedling growth status, physiological and biochemical characteristics and other relevant traits under different treatments, it explores the growth-promoting effect of ectomycorrhizal fungi on Pinus massoniana in low-phosphorus environments. Furthermore, this research clones Pht1 family phosphate transporter genes from mycorrhizal Pinus massoniana under low-phosphorus stress, analyzes their expression patterns and associated physiological characteristics, and verifies their functions via genetic transformation in tobacco.
