This dataset contains nighttime light data covering the entirety of China, with a temporal span of the full year 2018, a monthly temporal resolution, and a spatial resolution of approximately 500 meters. The data is sourced from NOAA as a monthly aggregated product. The original product has preliminarily excluded the interference of stray light such as moonlight, cloud cover, and sunlight. This dataset has undergone further preprocessing and can be used for research on socio-economic conditions.
