嘉善县电梯故障类型分析数据

采集和统计嘉善县电梯故障情况，分析嘉善县电梯故障的故障类型、数量、占比，计算综合故障率，帮助从事电梯日常管理的单位优化安全管理作业人员配置，对综合故障发生率较高的故障类型进行重点监管，提高日常维护频率和内容，减少电梯安全隐患。1、数据采集：以单一电梯为区分标准，通过电梯物联网设备和接警平台，采集电梯发生故障的时间和故障类型。
2、数据处理：对采集到的原始数据进行清洗、分析、整理等方式，获取所需要的数据：电梯注册编号、电梯唯一码、电梯所在地点、故障原因等；根据对故障的检修和智能分析，将故障原因进行分类；通过SUM函数对故障总数和同类型的故障次数进行统计。综合故障率=同类型故障次数/故障总次数。对综合故障率排名在前三的故障类型，认定为易发生故障，后续对其进行重点监管。
3、数据分析：通过Finereport软件将电梯综合故障率制作成可视化区域地图,直观反应电梯各类型故障发生的次数、占比以及是否是易发生故障，指导当地电梯维修企业合理调整电梯零件采购和高风险类型重点监管。

This dataset collects and counts elevator failure incidents in Jiashan County, analyzes the failure types, quantity and proportion of elevator failures in the county, and calculates the comprehensive failure rate, so as to help elevator daily management units optimize the allocation of safety management personnel, carry out key supervision over failure types with high comprehensive failure incidence, increase daily maintenance frequency and content, and reduce elevator safety hazards.
1. Data Collection: Taking a single elevator as the distinguishing criterion, collect the failure time and failure type of elevators via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain required information including elevator registration number, unique elevator code, elevator location, failure cause, etc. Classify the failure causes based on maintenance and intelligent analysis of the failures. Use the SUM function to count the total number of failures and the number of failures of each type. The comprehensive failure rate = number of failures of a specific type / total number of failures. The top 3 failure types ranked by comprehensive failure rate are identified as high-frequency failure types, and key supervision will be implemented for them subsequently.
3. Data Analysis: Use Finereport software to create a visualized regional map of the comprehensive elevator failure rate, which intuitively reflects the occurrence times and proportion of each type of elevator failure, as well as whether it is a high-frequency failure type, to guide local elevator maintenance enterprises to reasonably adjust elevator parts procurement and implement key supervision over high-risk failure types.
