资源简介：
ncR2Met (2.0 version of the previous lncR2metasta), a manually curated database, aims at providing a comprehensive resource of ncRNA regulation in various cancer metastatic events, abbreviated as CMEs, such as cancer cell invasion, intravasation, extravasation, proliferation and so on, which may cooperatively facilitate malignant tumor spread and lead to massive patient deaths. ncR2Met documents 1,565 lncRNA-associated, 882 miRNA-associated, and 628 circRNA-associated entries for the ncRNA-CME associations during 50 CMEs across 63 human cancer subtypes.
