Data for: A fast pace-of-life is traded off against a high thermal performance

data_pre-TPC: Data used for models where larval traits (growth, metabolic rate, activity, boldness) were measured at the rearing temperatures. data_quadratic_LMMs: Data used for quadratic models of swimming speed, metabolic rate, activity and boldness. data_TPC_parameters: Estimated individual TPC parameters for swimming speed, metabolic rate, activity and boldness (using R packages rTPC and nls.multstart). Models of TPC parameters are conducted on this dataset. Note that all TPC variables are log (x+0.001) transformed. data_SEM: Data used for structural equation models. (rmax: maximum performance, topt: optimum temperature, eA: activation energy)
