Plate 3 and Plate 3' (prime)

In this item, there are zip files containing images from plates 3 and 3'(prime). There are 4 channels/stains: - DAPI (DNA/Nuclei) - GFP (ER) - CY5 (Mitochondria) - RFP (Actin) There are all 3 NF1 genotype of isogenic Schwann cells on both of these plates. For more information on the data, please go to the GitHub repository for this project, nf1_cellpainting_data. The metadata for both plates are included, with the naming convention "platemap_NF1_plate3.csv". Though the name of the file only has plate 3, this file is applicable to plate 3'(prime) as both have the same plate layout.
