This is a dataset for the OptoGPT model, a foundation model for multilayer thin film inverse design. The dataset includes training and test folders, each containing multiple .csv files, with each file containing 1M thin film structures and their simulated reflection and transmission spectrum. The spectrum ranges from 400nm to 1100nm with a 10nm gap. Each .csv file includes columns for the thin film structure sequence, total number of layers, and reflectance and transmittance at 400nm.
