This archive is the official Precision Cascade reproducibility package accompanying: "Precision Mapping of Multi-Assay Biomarker Disagreements via Structural Eigenanalysis: A Proof-of-Framework Deployment of the Precision Mapping Engine in PD-L1 Immunohistochemistry." The archive implements the complete Precision Mapping Engine (PME) analysis under Precision Cascade governance. PME provides the scientific analysis layer; Precision Cascade provides deterministic execution, provenance preservation, reproducibility controls, validation pathways, and audit infrastructure.
