Azoarcus networks in droplets - Main dataset

This dataset contains the results from two droplet microfluidics experiments where a diversity of Azoarcus RNA networks have been encapsulated into individual separate droplets. RNA-Seq coupled with a system of unique barcoded hydrogel beads bearing primers have been used. Sequencing reads have been UMI normalized and data per droplet has been aggregated. This is the main dataset used to produce figures of the associated article.More details can be found in the associated publication.
