The Polygenic Score Catalog

The Polygenic Score Catalog is an open database of published polygenic scores (PGS; also referred to as polygenic risk scores [PRS] or genetic/genomic risk scores [GRS]). Each PGS in the Catalog is consistently annotated with relevant metadata; including scoring files (variants, effect alleles/weights), annotations of how the PGS was developed and applied, and evaluations of their predictive performance.多基因评分目录（Polygenic Score Catalog）是一个收录已发表多基因评分的开源数据库，其中多基因评分（Polygenic Scores，缩写PGS）亦可称为多基因风险评分（Polygenic Risk Scores，缩写PRS）或遗传/基因组风险评分（Genetic/Genomic Risk Scores，缩写GRS）。该目录内的每一项多基因评分均配有统一规范的元数据注释，涵盖评分文件（包含变异位点、效应等位基因与效应权重）、多基因评分的开发与应用流程注释，以及其预测性能的评估结果。
